A: No, but membership with HPNA is highly encouraged for discounted pricing for conferences, certification review courses, and publication purchases.
Q: I completed a course on the old platform, but I don't see the completed course on this platform. How can I find my old courses.
A: Visit the My Certificates page to access your records and course completion documents. HPCC certificant can use this system to monitor credits along with the HPCC Learning Builder system.
Q: Do you track the CE I earn online?
A: We do! Visit the My Certificates page to access your records and course completion documents. HPCC certificants can also use Learning Builder to track continuing development activities.

A: After completing a course, please also complete the evaluation. Complete the course, the evaluation and applicable questions. If you don’t see the certificate, contact ceprogramplanning@hpna.org

A: Log in, and then click on My Certificates. Then, click on NCPD Transcript.
Q: Can the contact hours I earn here be used for HPCC certification?
A: As HPNA is an accredited provider of ANCC contact hours, the contact hours for these activities will be accepted by HPCC for certification.
Q: Can the contact hours I earn here be used for State Boards?
A: You are responsible for knowing your state board's requirements.
