The Team Conference brings together colleagues in hospice and palliative care to explore best practices that enhance the specialty and improve patient and caregiver outcomes. This conference aims for colleagues to leave feeling rejuvenated and inspired in their own journey of hospice and palliative health care.

Continuing Education Credits

Attendees can earn up to 15 NCPD, CME, or ASWB credit hours upon successful completion of this event. Successful completion includes attending the activity in its entirety, attesting to attendance, and completing/submitting the post-event evaluation within the timeframe specified.

The Alliance is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
