| Maria Pace, LMSW APHSW-C, is the Supervisor of Social Work for the NYU Langone Home Health Care Agency. Maria received her Master of Social Work from NYU and has more than nine years of experience as a home care social worker. While she has worked with a diverse patient population, she is most passionate about working with patients with advanced and life-limiting illness. She recently completed NYU’s Post-Master’s Certificate Program: Palliative and End-of-Life Care (PELC). |
