Christine Harlander MSN, ARNP

| Ms. Harlander earned her BSN in 1983 from San Diego State University. She practiced nursing for 25 years specializing in pediatric and adult oncology and hospice before returning for her MSN, ARNP in 2016. She was instrumental in starting a Palliative Care Program in 2006 at a community hospital. She Co-led two state-wide pilots with the IDPH to bring the IPOST process to law in Iowa. She is faculty for Respecting Choices for leading goals of care conversations and currently practices as an ARNP on a multidisciplinary palliative care team at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. |
