Adam Schoenfarber is the social worker with the Palliative Medicare section of Westchester Medical Center. His work focuses on disenfranchised, marginalized communities and ensuring that end-of-life providers can provide inclusive, patient and family-centered, and culturally affirmative care. He works to help families develop and understand their own internal narratives while shaping the stories they tell about themselves.
